Best Growth Year In Company History Means Changes at Riton Optics
Riton Optics has grown exponentially in 2018, and is looking forward to continuing that growth into 2019 and beyond. In order to focus their sales approach at the dealer level and to better serve a vastly expanded dealer base, Riton has partnered with four Manufacturer’s Representation Groups across the country.
Transitioning from an in-house sales team to these vetted groups enables Riton to put more ‘boots on the ground’, providing dealers with more accessibility to the Riton product line and ensuring consistency in their sales, corporate culture and company message.
In starting this endeavor, the Riton management team invested a great deal of time with extended reviews of each of the groups and their individual representatives in each area.
According to Riton’s Director of Sales, Todd Neice, “Beyond reviewing each of the potential rep groups for historical successes and relationships, it was very important to us to review their people and their company philosophies. At Riton, we are about people and service in everything we do and we wanted rep groups that would emulate those philosophies.”
Each of the four groups that will be representing Riton across the country were selected in accordance of those items and the Riton corporate team has set practices in place to ensure that they will closely connected with each representative group’s leadership as well as each representative that is servicing dealer accounts.
Coverage for dealers across the country will now fall under the following partnered organizations:
TALO (Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma) + Mississippi: SCHOOLER AND ASSOCIATES
Schooler and Associates has been a successful sales organization in the TALO territory for 20 years providing professional representation for outdoor sporting goods manufacturers to all avenues of distribution. Their team currently offers sales and marketing services for 5 states, including Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Mississippi.

Evernham Sales Associates (ESA) has been a successful sales organization in the Midwest for over 35 years providing professional representation for outdoor sporting goods manufacturers to all avenues of distribution. The ESA team currently offers sales and marketing services for seventeen states, from the Ohio/Pennsylvania border to the Kansas/Colorado border and from North Dakota to Texas.
