The Riton Promise Warranty exists to save you time and worry, so you can focus on what matters.

THE RITON PROMISE WARRANTY
You are hunters and shooters, and so are we. Because we understand who you are and the passion and commitment you have, we want to equal that commitment by allowing you to focus on your next shot without worrying about your optics. That’s why we have The Riton Promise Warranty, a fully transferable, unlimited lifetime warranty.
We aren’t concerned with where or when or even who bought the product. We don’t need proof of purchase. We aren’t really even worried about what exactly happened. What we care about is getting you back in the hunt or on the range as quickly as possible. That’s why The Riton Promise Warranty covers riflescopes, binoculars, red dots, and spotting scopes.
Go to the field, range, or about your daily life without worrying what will happen if something goes wrong. The Riton Promise Warranty covers products, not transactions. Whoever holds the product, holds the warranty.
The Riton Promise Warranty excludes coverage for loss, theft, counterfeit products, deliberate damage, cosmetic imperfections or damage that does not affect product performance, and damage resulting from repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Riton service staff, such as but not limited to paint, Cerakote, or turret modifications. Batteries are consumable not covered under warranty.
Other than that, we’re going to cover it.
THE RITON PROMISE WARRANTY PROCEDURE
To make your warranty process go as quickly and easily as possible, please follow these steps.
1. Contact Riton for an RMA Number:
Do not send product to Riton for warranty service without first contacting the service department to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To receive an RMA Number you can contact Riton in one of the following three ways:

2. Prepare Your Product for Shipping:
After receiving an RMA number from a Riton service team member, place the product and warranty form in a sturdy and suitable shipping box and clearly write the RMA on the exterior of the shipping packaging. Once packaged you can return it to:

3. Receive Your Repaired or Replaced Product:
Once we receive your product, our team will complete a full evaluation and determine if service or replacement is required. Once next steps are confirmed, new or serviced products will be returned to you at no additional cost.
That’s it. Call Riton. Ship to Riton. Get resolution.

THE RITON PROMISE WARRANTY PROCEDURE – CANADA:
Canadian customers enjoy the same protection as our stateside customers, but have a slightly different procedure.
1. Contact Riton for an RMA Number:
Do not send product to Riton for warranty service without first contacting the service department to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Receive Your Repaired or Replaced Product:
Once we receive your product, our team will evaluate it. With our evaluation complete, our Canadian distribution partner Big Rock Sports CA will facilitate getting you your replacement or returned product with no additional cost for you.
THE RITON PROMISE WARRANTY PROCEDURE – OUTSIDE USA & CANADA
For warranty service for our customers outside of the US and Canada, contact the retailer where the product was purchased, or where Riton products are available, to discuss warranty options in your country. These will be handled based on best practice in your area.
Implied Warranty Statement
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Riton Optics be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
