Just saw this product is being shipped! Can’t wait to sight this thing in for hunting season! I have used other Riton products and I’m sure this will be nothing but superior!

Mounted this on my Marlin 30-30. The X1 3-9×40 has outstanding feild of view and clarity. My 30-30 is my go to rifle when Deer hunting in central Pa thickets where a shot past 100 yrds is extremely rare. With both the clarity and wide feild of view, it is extremely easy to track a Deer while moving though thick vegetation till a clear shot line is available.

I purchased this optic from Riton with the expectation of low quality but functional scope. I was shocked that this scope is beyond my expectations. During my 2020 White Tail Deer hunt in WV during Muzzle Loader Season, I was able to put it to the test.

You see, my gun was already in WV with my friend, so I sent him the scope to mount and zero using 250gr Power Belts with 100grn of Triple 7s. I wanted the impact high at 100 yards by 4″ if I was afforded a more extended shot in December. My friend zeroed it, and the deer in the picture was at 125yrds. I dialed the scope down a few clicks and was able to harvest this great deer. During the week-long hunt, we were rained on, fell multiple times, slide down slopes, busted through the brush, and at one time, my gun fell from leaning on the truck tire. The scope never fogged, was always clear, and kept zero.

My wife and I were blown away by the quality of this glass for the price point that we were able to find it for. Just shot our AR-15 that we mounted it on for the first time and it performed admirably. More importantly, we had to order the mount because we could find one we liked locally, and Riton was about to get it shipped same day and it arrived two days later. Have thoroughly enjoyed my brief time using Riton but they have jumped out as a brand to always consider before any future purchases.

    Thanks for everything team!

This is my 3rd Riton optic and I am just as impressed as with the first one. The quality of the glass and build is incredible. Absolutely the best optic available in an incredible price point. I don’t think I’ll ever buy another brand. This optic is now mounted on my new Henry!

Thank you Riton – you are the best!

Just had it mounted, and was impressed with the clarity as advertised. Can’t wait to get to the range soon to try it out, then probably give it 5 stars .Have to test it first. The folks at Petaluma Reload gave it a thumbs up.Got a great deal from Natchez Supply also.
You guys at Riton are great

Wanted to find a reasonable scope for grandsons muzzleloader. Excellent scope for this purpose and especially like that it is made in the USA. Will definitely be purchasing more from this company.

After my 35 whelen blew my other scope I went into town to buy another. After looking threw the scopes this one was on the bottom shelf. First thing that caught my eye was made in USA. The clarity was amazing on this product. Got it home and mounted in time and sighted in just a couple rounds. I put 7 rounds through it just to make sure it would hold up to the recoil of the 35 and so far I’m impressed. If this scope holds up through season I will be swapping the Leopold on my .270 And my son’s 243.

I have the 3-9 X1 Primal and it’s perfectly suited and one of the best options I could have chosen for my hunting needs. I don’t do long range hunting where I need “Christmas Tree” reticles and illuminated reticles. I needed a no frills, great glass, light hunting scope and boy does this fit the bill. It’s better than any 3-9 I’ve ever had before. It’s very rugged.

I was in the market for a good scope to pair on my grandpa’s Savage .270. The gun was handed down to me after he passed, and I completely refinished the stock and barrel. I had my heart set on a Vortex because that seemed to be most everyone’s recommendation. I had a Vortex Diamondback in my hands and was ready to throw my money down, then on the bottom of their display glass I seen a scope that looked amazing and said USA on it. I asked the guy behind the counter if I could take a quick look at it before making my final decision. HOLY SMOKES, the clarity alone was enough for me to quietly put the vortex back on the counter lol. Price was pretty much the same, but I had never heard of Riton prior to this so that was my only setback. But after making my mind up on this scope, I have been more than happy with my decision. I’ve tagged out this season with my shots ranging from 60 yards, up to 160 yards roughly. Riton is dead on and I would highly recommend this scope to anyone in the market. I would compare it’s clarity to that of a Leupold, but a pricetag much more reasonable. Wish I could give these guys more than 5 stars!!!!

  12. Stacy Thomas

I found a deal on these and based on the reviews I purchased 2 for a couple of utility ar style rifles. I received them today and got them mounted and leveled . The scopes seem well built and the power adjustment and focus rings have a good balance of tension to ease of use. The reticle is nice , not too fine or two thick. The glass is outstanding, it’s as good or better than my strike Eagles and my sig tangos. It is clear edge to edge an any magnification and the eye box is very forgiving and easy to get behind and on target quickly. The turrets are audible and tactile and rival scopes at 5x the price. One thing I do use on all my scopes is a reticle level, this is one way to get an idea of the quality control standards applied to building a scope. Some brands of high end scopes have what they call an acceptable level of cant. While checking my 2 new Ritons I observed no discernible cant in either scope. I was blown away by the quality at this price point or any price point. I own vortex, bushnell, sig sauer, primary arms, tract , leupold and 1 old Japanese made simmons scope. So I have a lot to compare to. I am now a Riton fan. If they put this kind of effort in their entry level scopes I can’t wait to purchase on of the high end models. In addition, I haven’t shot yet but I did mount both guns in a sturdy vise and did a modified box test. The scopes tracked true. I purchased purely based on reviews and I am not disappointed at all. Best value I have seen in a scope ever. I’m no professional, just an old retired cop with a few toys. I hunt and shoot at distance some. Now days it seems the norm is you don’t get what you pay for but in this instance I got a lot more quality than I paid for. Thanks Riton for being different. I will most certainly be a returning customer.

First thing that stands out is how compact this scope is, bought it to put on a mountain rifle and was looking for small and light. The clarity of the glass and reticle was just an added bonus. Then combine the outstanding warranty offered and there was no reason not to try it. Very satisfied and will more than likely buy another in the future for another rifle.
