Good value optic for a hunting rifle. The turrets are a touch spongy, but very usable and repeatable. Tracks very well and the turrets are able to reset, so you know where zero is if you do decide to dial for a longer shot. The reticle is sharp and very usable! For the price you find these in the stores, it’s hard to complain about anything. This is a great pricepoint optic that just works!

Everything about this scope is awesome! I got it for a new hunting rifle I put together and so far, am not disappointed! Out of the box it just feels like a good quality optic. I got it mounted and it performs beyond expectation. The glass is extremely clear, eye relief is great, and I love having that magnification go to 15. I’m use to a fixed 10 so its very helpful when trying to see out a bit further. And then theres the turrets. They’re crisp and distinct. You feel it, hear it and there’s no question as to if it adjusted or not. Overall, it’s hard to believe the 3 Primal is going for this price! Budget prices doesn’t always have to mean budget products and this is proof!

This was my first Riton optic, it is by far the best scope I’ve ever used. I’ve had it on 2 different rifles, and each one I put it on it zeroes withing a half inch in very few shots. The magnification range is perfect, and I, a mediocre shooter, was busting clay pigeons at 200 yds very easily.

If you haven’t checked out @ritonoptics you need too. I picked up this 3 PRIMAL and I’m already wanting to switch all my rifles to @ritonoptics. Very impressed with quality, clarity, the PDTR reticle is a first for me and I recommend it to anyone who is in the market. Check them out. #havocoutfitters #couesdeerhunting #huntaz #azmuledeer #azbearhunting #predatorhunting @federalpremium @ritonoptics @savagearms @alpsoutdoorz @boghunt @kingscamo

Have this optic mounted on my Remington 700 in 6.5cm and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Top quality glass. It’s rugged yet sleek and the reticle blows me away. Amazing optic. Every time I show a friend that rifle they are amazed by the optic. Highly recommended.

After months of research and years of experience I chose this scope for my new rifle.
Having been hunting for over 25 years, I’ve looked through a lot different glass(at all price levels) while in the field. This scope is by far the best at its price point and in my opinion even competes with scopes that cost 1.5-2x’s as much. I’ve been a huge Leupold supporter over the years and truthfully went to buy another one. However, after putting the vx3 and mark 3hd up against the x3 primal I walked out the store with the Riton, having absolutely no regrets and money still in my pocket.
In the past I’ve been dead set on a heavy duplex or German #1 reticle being the best option for hunting within 225yards(99% of my shots). However the PDTR reticle amazes me! To be so thin yet so easy to pick up( even in low light) is mind blowing. If I were to recommend any adaptations, it be to illuminate just the dot in the center for a little easier shot in lower light. Though, that’s just me being nit picky.
I can’t wait to take this scope on my next hunt! Keep up the good work, God bless.

Long time long range shooter, almost 50 yrs. I choose Riton because I honestly felt it was the best scope available in the size I wanted. The glass was superb, the build quality is awesome, and the price was just icing on the cake. I am fully satisfied with its performance so far. I got the Primal 3 in 3-15x44mm.
